GenTix GF
As a combination of Genesis Laser, Tixel and Growth Factor Serums, GenTix GF is an exclusive treatment available at PHI Clinic. Whilst these are individual treatments, here at PHI Clinic London we have combined all three to make GenTix GF, the perfect treatment to improve overall skin health and to treat a wide variety of areas and concerns.
Introducing Gentix GF
The GenTix GF can be used on the face, eyes, neck, décolletage, hands and some areas of the body, targeting fine lines, wrinkles and scarring, leaving you with a healthy, glowing complexion.
Genesis laser is carried out first, which is a laser treatment that uses micro-pulsed delivery to promote superficial collagen production, improving the appearance of wrinkles, signs of ageing and mild redness. This is then followed by the Tixel skin resurfacing treatment, which uses thermal mechanical action to create micro-channels in the skin to stimulate deeper collagen and elastin. This remodels the skin to improve textural issues such as fine lines, wrinkles and scarring, as well as promoting skin tightening.
The Tixel can be non-ablative or ablative, meaning the level of intensity can be changed depending on the area of concern and desired result. Tixel is particularly useful for the thin delicate skin around the eye area which often gets left out of other laser treatments. Following the Tixel, Growth factors are applied to the treatment area. Growth factors are proteins that promote the production of collagen, elastin and increased blood flow.
This allows them to be absorbed through the micro-channels made by the Tixel, to get into the deep layers of the skin to accelerate healing, promoting new and healthy tissue.

Enhancing GenTix GF with exosomes at PHI Clinic
The addition of exosomes to the GenTix GF treatment at PHI Clinic further elevates the skin rejuvenation benefits already achieved through the combination of Genesis Laser, Tixel, and Growth Factor Serums. Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles that enhance cellular communication, playing a crucial role in tissue repair and regeneration. Packed with growth factors and bioactive molecules, exosomes help to boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, and support the skin’s natural repair processes.
As part of the GenTix GF regimen, Genesis Laser and Tixel work together to stimulate collagen production and remodel skin texture, while Growth Factor Serums enhance these effects. With the introduction of exosomes, we can further optimise results. Following the Tixel treatment, which creates micro-channels in the skin, exosomes are applied topically to penetrate deeper into the dermal layers.
This advanced approach allows exosomes to deliver potent regenerative molecules directly where they’re needed, enhancing collagen and elastin production, accelerating healing, and improving overall skin quality. Research has shown that exosome application can lead to increased dermal thickness, improved skin elasticity, and visible reductions in fine lines and wrinkles, contributing to a healthy, radiant complexion.
Exosomes with ablative lasers
When paired with ablative laser treatments, exosomes can accelerate recovery and enhance skin rejuvenation results. Ablative lasers create controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen production and allow for deeper penetration of applied products. With exosomes, the recovery process is supported with additional regenerative factors, reducing inflammation and promoting faster healing. This combination helps minimise downtime and improves the overall impact of the treatment, leading to firmer, smoother skin.
